Conditions for ordering, shipping and payment
There is no minimum order value.
Before ordering the first time please give us proof that you are reseller. F.e. by sending your trade licence by fax to 0049-941-270510.
Our bill has to be paid by bank transfer not by direct debit.
Please agree to pay a deposit or even prepayment if your order is very big or if your country is very far from Germany.
2 % discount if you pay within two days. Term of payment is 30 days without discount. According to the German laws you fall in arrears automatically the 31th day. Then without reminder your invoice may be transferred to a debt-collecting agency. This is subject to a charge at your expense. Statutory default charges are 8% more than the basic rate of interest.
The risk of loss during transports is up to the buyer sinced that moment when the parcel is given to the forwarding company (§447BGB). But we ship insured upt to 500,00 EUR invoice amount - if not agreed different.
Value added tax (VAT)
All prices are given without valid VAT. If you are an EU customer and give us your VAT number VAT may be omitted. For customers from outside the EU VAT is dropped in any case.
